Sales in DACH was founded because of an Irritation that needed to be innovated. We firmly believe that if you are irritated by something you can innovate it. That’s why we aspire to consistent improvement and growth.
Timeline
2020
Our Founder started her first Sales Job as a SDR in London.
After 10+ years of Acting Experience Helena found her way into Sales and started a job as a Sales Development Representative. Over the next 2 years she transferred her acting skills into sales, became top performer and was promoted to Account Executive. Being the only German-speaker in the sales team who was tackling the DACH market Helena experienced the lack of training for Sales in DACH
2022
SDRs of Germany was founded.
Helena was not the only one experiencing the challenge of working in the DACH market. Mattia, another German SDR in London got in touch with Helena for a business proposal: Co-founding the first German-speaking Sales Community. SDRs of Germany was born.
2023
The Masterclass Academy was born.
After 1 year SDRs of Germany grew to several thousand members who joined hundreds of events. It became the place to be if you wanted to network in the DACH Sales world. But the core pain was still there – where can Sales Reps find DACH relevant Training that isn’t just 1 overpaid person who comes in for a day to tell them how to do their job.
That’s when the Masterclass Academy was born. SDRs of Germany gathered all the Sales Experts in DACH together to share their knowledge with the Academy members.
2024
Time for Change. Time for Sales in DACH
With an ROI of 20% Conversion Rate Increase within a few weeks, the Academy has helped 300+ members so far to get better in Sales in DACH. With SDRs of Germany growing fast, Helena & Mattia decided to split forces to make sure they can support that growth. That’s why Helena left SDRs of Germany to start Sales in DACH. Partnering with SDRs of Germany, she now continues to grow the Academy to follow one of her Missions in Life: Making Education accessible to everyone. That’s when she founded Sales in DACH. With 30+ Sales Experts (growing yearly) teaching 300+ Sellers to date on an on demand basis!
